When cnex wants to issue shares for payment or dilution they must call the transfer agent who is global sentry and tell them to issue the shares to who ever for whatever reason they are to be used for.cnex if they want to do it now must do it manually they cant use the transfer agent and electronic transactions to issue shares out.Were going to find out more on tues
