Sad, but true. Its all in the filings friend. My understanding is the only way to get them is if they misrepresent the company financially or technically with official filings. The pr's are all basically like fluff and I have never known them to communicate with anyone by phone or email.
I'm just glad that some have stood up against it. I'm glad that we live in a country where freedom of speech is still the rule of law. Thank goodness, folks can speak out and speak their mind.
I would say to everyone though. talk to a lawyer, maybe there is something I don't know.
