You are correct and they are not bashful. Its right in the last PR that they are providing funding.
This makes me really sad. I would like to see shareholders get a recovery, but if all the company is going to do is sell more and more shares the company is making it hopeless.
Granted, in addition to paying themselves huge sums of money they did clean up the balance sheet.
So with a clean balance sheet they can't help shareholders by raising money without selling shares. Wonder why??
Probably because the whole mine thing is a scam and no lender in their right mind will loan operating money on it. Remember there are common officers between these two companies and a common attorney.
Some say how can this be done?? Well, its actually all in the filings. What they lead you to believe with the pr's are protected by forward looking blah blah blah.
Read the filings. I have scoured them from top to bottom looking for a way to class action these guys, but I do not see a way at this time. Maybe somebody smarter than me can figure that out.
