That's quite the plunger, isn't it?
TKLC does appear technically oversold, although the pincher formation hasn't quite matured yet.
I like the 1st initial dead-cat bounce, followed by another smaller(final?) push down on lower volume, culminating in the much tighter trading range over the last 2 days.
I salivate over this kind of movement and I must concur with your temptation to pull the trigger here.
We would naturally have to wait until Tuesday to do so, since the market is closed on Monday.
Regarding news, though, I would not be surprised to see an analyst DOWNGRADE soon, given the companies poor earnings per share & lowered projections for this year.
Anyway, it must bounce at some point and I hope we both capitalize on that opportunity.
