I understand you believe that and I neither agree nor disagree at this point.

Im not making any statement myself as to the legitimacy of the companies nor the offer. Im still doing research as I stated before.

Even a PRIVATE company with $600,000,000 in sales would be be found on the Internet...do you know why...because the rich families that might own that company are well know in Spain and it would be easy to locate on the Internet.

It is also important to analyze the ridiculous way an offer of that magnitude is presented. The company is explaining the reason why they are buying MRES...that is unheard of and it would never be mentioned in any memo to be shown to shareholders who have no say whatsover in voting yes or no. Actually, now that I think about this, why would it be necessary at all to inform anyone about this deal when the shares are owned by the crooks themselves. Why would there be any need for the price of this stock to be moved up unless someone wants to use that for the purpose of dumping 400 million shares on the open market and make a killing.

Does anyone of you have any idea how MRES is going to save face next week when the dealine comes and there is no deal? I am sure the crooks that own 90% of te shares are working out a solution that will not upset those from this board who might have lost a little money.
