I hate saying this because I really liked the company and outlook here. However I hadn't read that letter yet and didn't really know what the lawsuit was all about.

The ONLY plus side we have is that Eric wrote the letter himself.

After reading that I'd say we are screwed. Like I said, Eric himself wrote the letter so who knows what is true and what isn't. From Eric's point of view, he owns the company and all the rights to it and the equipment. So unless ADSV can come up with the money by March 1st, this company is toast!
