TM simply wants to be sure that any agreement which is reached is with the appropriate and authorized party. They do not rely upon the representations made in the agreement between CLYW and Daic with regards to who has the authority to negotiate an agreement . The question that is to be answered is not whether an agreement will be reached with TM but rather when and for what amount. The timing of an eventual outcome is entirely dependant resolution of the State case.
