I am not exactly sure they can do that. Although it would be a
positive solution/action considering the silence & whatnot I
seem to recall certain SEC rules regarding purchasing shares
after having issued them.

I believe they are restricted for 30 days. I am nowhere near
even 35% certain of my facts (foggy) but I do believe that
insiders must wait a bit. I could be COMPLETELY wrong however
so take it with a grain of salt. I am too busy at the moment
to research, link & substantiate... so take it fwiw.
