Gentlemen: I go by the 10-Q and all 8K, and 14C to obtain facts as to the shares and float. We all can track this info but I have found the web sites, transfer agent and board is not consistent. We needed to tract to see if there had been any buyback or shares into the float. This provides some understanding of the direction of the company. We will soon have a 10-Q which we hope to show that there is no dilution and we have revenues to fund the company and not selling of shares. Any further dilution we will hope will go for funding expansion growth. I appreciate the DD and factual info here. With this company we do not need or rely of puff or hype. So far all PR has been info on company business and factual. No predicting or projecting for stock. The frustration of all is when MMs play games and manipulate our free market.
