And is all relative, but what is not relative is if they restrict the shares the Centaflix folks get, that tightens the float and it is my opinion they will want to buy more of them as they make money and showing value.

Also, They effectively get not much if they do not bring much value to the table. We get to see what they have and what they can further do post merger for a year with a very restricted float to boot.

In other words the current qasp shareholders, if they do not like what they see have an option to be the first ones out while leaving the empty bag for Centaflix.

The reason i bring this up is simple, it tells me how confident they are that they will bring huge value or why else would they agree to such an agreement?

It feels again like Jeff is looking out for us and saying to Centaflix..put your money where your mouth is. If they agree to it, it is clearly them saying YES we will put our money where our mouth is.

I love this structure for many many reasons...more even than the ones listed above.

It is jeff looking out for us again.

Would not a Shareholder Vote be required for a 1 for 2 reverse split first... Legal or not the A/S was increased by Dean from 750M to 1.5B and the 750M shares created were SOLD on the open market to increase the O/S to 1.499B and change... they are not just going to "disappear"

heck... we both may have bought some of the additional 750M.. ;-)

Keep in mind T that Jeff left the total allotment of shares open in his Jan 27 NR when he stated "The final allotment in relation to the merger is yet to be determined at this stage and will be notified at a later date once it is determined". In my opinion, this keeps the door open for Jeff to reduce both the A/S and O/S at time of merger. My point being that the 375M shareholder float your are stating could be less.
