Gambit, Its a potential Unsecured claim against the BK estate.

Similar to the Dime Warrant claim against the WAMU POR.

Which Dime is fighting for..

If allowed would be higher on the Reorg Payout list..

Long time away for that yet..

But this case it ten times easier to understand than that of the late great failed banks..

Again whats interesting here is the low number outstanding shares
