Sure yea that site has the most up to the minute stock quotes for that overseas market exchange.
The HK 329 seems to be slowly getting some investor interest now, took a while. Right now the volume half way through the Hong Kong trading day is up to 12M and up 2.5% with a high for the day at HKD$0.207 which makes for a market cap of close to HKD$400M which in my estimation from their filings nowhere near what they have on the balance sheet and in hard assets. Not sure why this is trading with a negative book value on the Hong Kong market when the company no longer has any debt and has the only US ecig patent and flush with cash.
My guess is that since they had bad sales figures in late 2009 and early 2010 and caused them to report a loss, the investors fled the stock and now none of those investors are back into the stock and nobody knows the game changing events that have occured since trading was suspended, so volume still low even though yesterday and today volume has shown a sizable increase. This was last year though trading about 100 to 200 Million shares daily. If it ever gets back to those levels then the pps will rise as well since there will be a greater number of investors willing to put capital into a company trading at under book value.
The best scenario of course though would just simply be for them to get bought out by Philip Morris any day now, THEN shareholders would get an immediate huge gain. I estimate buyout pps of close to HKD$2.50/share and trading at HKD$0.20/share right now, its laughable.
Newmedman - what was that 66,666 share trade about 2 hours before close? Was that you snapping up shares? Just curious...
Keep accumulating guys, this reminds me of the movie 'The Beach', its an unknown paradise in the middle of nowhere and once everyone figures out it exists and what it is worth this ticker will be flooded with institutional buyers hard and fast.
