I believe what the process says it is...

..i've also been investigating other companies that have successfully uplisted...even one as recently as from press release Feb 15th...(won't link here..it's not really "ENTI topic") their process took a few more months than what is spoken about here (3 to 6 or something, theirs seems to take eight)..but still have to track their first filing dates...

anyway, every company would be different in terms of how LONG..but yes, i do believe the process allows for setting a pps, withe some basis...

but yeah,...i think, all the time..how can that be? keep digging, that's my answer...the process says, yes...now, i'm looking for history for other companies.
