WD, Spot-On Dude!
Betcha $100 on the side, that we end up with 3-4 Billion in O/S before EOY. The scary part is how they choose to do share reduction in the future, as they won't be financially viable for a long while. Debt is piling up, revs aren't enoughHow does the share structure get reduced without penalty to the Share Holder? The NIR settlement is very scary looking at current pps and knowing HTI can't generate enough capital to settle without introducing more debt or firing up the printing press again.

WrigleyDog,

Chad does not owe anyone an explanation. I guarantee the guys over at HLNT have more invested in this Company than you do. You do not know all the details of what is going on. They have more invested than you do and they want this to work.

They have not left anyone high and dry. Remember they are the one's doing all the work why all you guys do is cry and complain.

For months, many here complained about how they wish they would have bought more cheaper shares. Gosh, here is your opportunity. While you guys are crying, the ones who trust this Company are buying again and buying big.

Take a moment and sit back and really think about what you have here. This Company is so undervalued it's not funny. Just because they don't put out a PR is not an indication of failure. They have their reason's

The more you guys complain the more you feed right into the hands of the Bashers. Nice job.

We'll I said my peace. Good luck to all. I will be buying more tomorrow.

Indeed Chad owes shareholders an explanation, I was speaking
to specifics. He is the only one with all the information & a
shareholder can either trust him or no; each must make their
decisions accordingly. I've not been given a reason to distrust
management, specifically Chad, to this point in time and so
I will trust that, as painful as this process has been for
shareholders, it is ultimately in the company's best interest!!

On another note: I honestly have no clue "what you know"; moreover, you don't
know "what I know" either! But, let's get some things straight!
I made a statement about 90 days THAT I WAS USING AS A GUIDELINE
towards re-evaluating this stock, company, progress, etc.. I
REPEATEDLY remind board readers that what I post is my opinion
AND not to BUY nor SELL on any of my posts, ruminations &/or
information.

Let's quit protecting the management - They've left us high and dry for months. There is no debate of that, it's a fact.

Therefore, by my posts I am protecting no one. Call the company &
give 'em hell, don't buy this stock, post substantiated facts into
YOUR VIEWS, do what you need to do you'll get no argument from me.
I believe I CORRECTLY predicted the PIPE FUNDING, the stock chart
breakdown through $0.002, and expressed my displeasure over the
TIMING of certain decisions. FACTS!

If you think that he has done a good job protecting the shareholders, being transparent and communicating successes as well as failures, I hate to think what a poor CEO looks like in your eyes.

I don't know this either. It is possible that through this recent
difficult period he has WISELY (as a businessman it is WISE imo,
as a shareholder--- well, that is another matter) kept quiet. Now,
less THAN ONE YEAR after he took over as CEO Chad has essentially
cleared away a great deal of SSEV-saddled debt & convertibles.

The exceptional attorneys Sheppard-Mulllins (Theodore Max) are
continuing the NIR case on contingency (not personally confirmed
yet) according to a reliable poster and revenues from 3Q have
IMPROVED if you talk to dealers, staff, & folks who have given it
to me straight the 800 other times I have called!!! WH, done. PIPE,
done or near done. Shorts will be covering here today. AND, a PR
could be hitting the wires at any time reporting financials or
providing progress reports.

I didn't expect HLNT to churn through nearly 400Million Shares over
the course of the last few weeks since the WH announcement. But,
the pps appears to be primed for a bit of consolidation, bottom,
& trend reversal.
