Humphries had another company, DealerAdvance (DLAD) that supposedly sold software to SSEV (now HLNT) and SSEV took NIR convertible shares (took the debt off DLAD books) as part of the deal. Only HLNT is saying SSEV never received any software and does not currently have any software.
