I investigate companies in which I consider investing.

I posted actual information, not wishful thinking. It might be wise to remember those posts, because stockprofit has a history of deleting real info posts and leaves the "I've got a good feeling" and forward looking statements of IR and PR.

I look at the history of successful companies. No matter how good it sounds, one needs to know the management can successfully handle a business and run a reputable company. Despite all the years of previous work, ACOR/HSYN was/is on the pink sheets and unprofitable and had to reinvent and restructure itself many times.

Pink sheet and BB companies with over 100 million shares rarely become successful. It's a simple fact, even for those with good management with a good track record and a good product.

HSYN doesn't even have that.
