what does that really mean 28million on the float? is that how many shares are owned by active traders and can potentially get bought and sold and the other 38 million shares are held by who?

I have been here for a couple of months, reading, watching..Even before the SEC stepped in, I bought some. Then even when it went to grey bought some more.. Something, gut feelings say's this is going to turn around.. Could be wrong but just sharing my thoughts. There are to many people spending alot of time on this board, and there has to be a reason for that. Hope, disgruntled or they just know what is about to happen.. Go SAEI!!!
