San once again Sec has no reporting requirements for financial reports like 10q or 10K in the pink market. To trade there is no requirement to file any financial statements etc. Sure pinksheet has it status knocks if they don't but still trades. It Sec requirements that matter for can a stock trade or not. None for pinks.
