it would be extremely foolish to not have been running the plant to some degree since December. if they are purchasing equipment to become more efficient, how will you know if you were successful in becoming efficient without something substantial to measure your ROI.
mgmt will either prove themselves smart or ignorant when they release the amount the plant produced 4q 2010 and 1q 2011. if there wasn't much produced beyond the original stockpile what is the purpose of new equipment.
if i purchase new running shoes i can run a 5k faster.....i don't even know how fast i CAN run a 5k because i don't run one now.
can someone tell me what the harm would be in pr-ing what they produced each month. that is 100% of the reason they are in business, to produce gold, not tell the world how efficient they would be if they were producing gold.
