I believe your talking about Sloan Investments a.k.a. Randal Y. Lowenthall. I believe that at the time he bcame a 23% share holder of FFGO @ .035ps it might have been stated that he may aquire more shares at a future time (not really sure), thats about all I remember. I don't recall any requirement for anyone to aquire more shares.
