I pretty much agree till you get to "patently absurd". How do we value the possibility or perhaps probability, based upon ASFX argument, regarding the loss of retail sellers? mm2 brought this to our attention as a distinct probability some time ago.
Note, are you aware that in the last opinion ASFX attempted to 'up' thier cost of recall? Do you think this is a sign of desperation or a result of inexperience by those making the argument on behalf of ASFX? Dog
