Looks like desperation to me. They know a favorable decision is coming soon and will stoop to whatever tactics then can in order to scoop up shares. Some may say their good at what they do, I say they're sleazy SOB's!

Yup, new here and to "pennies" too. LLEG is my first and may be my last. Tucked shares into a self-directed 401k and playing with more in a cash account. Unless Laidlaw is extremely successfull, my standard of living will unlikely be impacted either way this plays out. "You just gotta have a line in the water to catch a big fish"! Sorta like a bunch of lottery tickets ... only much better odds, IMO ~

On another note,I quickly reviewed PSNH Exhibit 10 on PUC web site and it is quite clear the Laidlaw agreement is with ITACONIX. Check it out.

Could that be the new line of business referred to in the latest Laidlaw release? Never know ... just a thought.
