...... and need to take off the Texas drilling. Seems another company is buying what was the Home Creek Deal.

Emailed Home Creek's Mr. Maye, he said Brooks never came up with the funds to do the deal, and the LOI expired 6 months ago. They already have it sold to someone else.

Hope the TX Energy deal, can at least get some PR or yahoo News going on... if nobody wants it, were stuck for a while.
