You can't or you have to be very lucky. When an MM buys this stock on the bid, he is allowed to fill in his short against sales made before he fills you. You have to be in the right place at the right time. Ask your broker who has your order (what MM). If it isn't Nite you might want to see if they would give it to him. There is no guarantee you will get filled but he does a lot of the volume and you might have a better chance. Your broker is under no obligation to move your order to a specific MM so be nice and MAYBE they will do it.

You don't. Thats why this isn't moving because people are trying to buy at the bid. Buy at the ask people and let's move this thing
