The PUC Calender is VERY LIGHT, which should be good for getting a prompt decision. I see only 5 days where they have anything scheduled from now till the end of MARCH, plus 1 holiday, Monday. I would assume that if as Spencer suggests, the transcripts are complete, and now with closing arguments in, they can begin the deliberation process I would think by Tuesday if they haven't already begun.
Of course these are still public employees so who knows how efficient they will be but, considering all the motions, objections, intervenors and roadblocks thrown into the process to date, and the speed with which they were handled, I'd say we are looking at a fairly efficient board with attention to time concerns being adequately addressed.
IMHO, I think we will have a decision before too much time passes. I'll be looking for further information this weekend to make a better guess.
