Great Submittal Eagle!! Thank you for taking the time and effort....why did you not post the 'Response to Motion to Dismiss' in which lays out the fundamentals that any money injected into IRT (which is about Planet's sole defense) was not ever mentioned as part of the Asset Purchase Agreement Planet authored, therefore the rescission can only be based on the facts as stated for fraudulent inducement? We feel it is the most applicable and clear document negating Planets entire defense.
