38.2% time-based retracement. Is this based on the Golden Ratio or some fairy tale bounce line?

Like I said big boys dump gold and silver and down it goes. Bottom line once big boys don't see any upside in these assets they will leave. There is nothing different about the run of gold has from the run that tech stocks had in 1999/2000. Bottom line Gold has no economic value in today's society other than jewelry. Many oblivious gold bugs hope for a meltdown of paper money. Bottom line if the paper economy bites the dust the metal bar that the gold bug is holding will be the least of bugsy problems.

Now lets look at the history of Gold from 1973 to 2009. In that time frame gold has boomed 15% of the time(in months). gold busted 85% of the time. Gold is all about timing.

A History Lesson: "Long Ago, people drank gold to preserve their youth. Silly them! Poisonous, too. It was recently discovered French King Henry II's famous mistress, the lovely ( and two decades older than him) Diane de Pitier, died from gold poisoning. She would have been better off avoiding the sun and not smoking" from Debunkery
