this company has been around plugging away for years -- its broke but no where near a start up per say

they diluted to get capital -- hence the 80c to trips drop -- could have been handled better but here we are nonetheless -- the company is now (from what I read) a merger (R/M) candidate -- this could seriously put us back in 10-20-30c range -- depending on how big the company to be is -- comic i think or something

Not sure what you mean, this is real period, many of us have info that we can't release yet, be honest like I'm the only one that has contected the owners and whats to come. Many bagholders will dump preety soon that are not informed, not there fault, just trying to get capital back from there loss back in early 2010.
