Actually, most DO NOT and this one doesn't show much promise. Mark is utterly incompetent and he doesn't have the money to do what needs to be done to move BS worthless stocks like other players do.
He and his same group of buddies have been playing around trying to get runs since the whole EESO thing. But the players who had those abilities are not in the picture now, and it would appear, Mark didn't learn anything from them.
