dixiecat: What Michaels has, as far as shares, is unknown. Another company I have been following, has been diluting, although nowhere near the level Hop-On is, and recently on of the finance companies they sold shares to, filed as the majority shareholder. It's not the first time that has happened either. Is PM even the majority holder anymore? With so many shares outstanding, who know? Maybe he isn't, and shouldn't even be there.
