that's very dangerous. people should not be spreading select info that is not public knowledge to only certain people via email or PM. it's better to post it here (like AC did and unlike a few other select posters) and make it as public as possible or even better, keep it to yourself and not buy or sell until it is public. if people trade on it, it can very easily be construed as insider trading. that's about as easy as it gets for the SEC. emails and PM's don't disappear even if you delete them.
for someone who complained to the SEC about DK giving out supposed non-public info (I disagree) in emails, I am surprised you would say this.
