I say they didn't want to look like a pump and dump like other p/stocks.

sell the shares to the believers at a discount and let the weak run away, then release the good news to those deserving.

If they had good dyno testing results, that would have given the share price a great pop. So why hold it back and don't tell me it will take a year to get those testing results.
