seems to me the only ones with any chance to make money are those who bought under a penny a share --
those who owned before 24000-1 r s are in a deep hole --
for now noone seems to know what is happening with arts except ed and friends who know the "truth" --

Charts do not show what the REAL Facts are. They are purely Speculation Charts as they are read by the speculators. ARTS is a real functional Company. Assets and paying the bills. Gaining Capital to build a stronger company. No Chart can show this. Charts are like Ouija Board, Who's fingers are moving the pointer is always a mystery! No this Company is a STRONG Company and will be hitting the Big rewards very soon.
