[Jeff DiGenova] declared that subject Bradley had ordered stock certificates for Quasar illegally under the premise that he is still an official of the company. . .
certificates were delivered to subject Bradley today . . .
I [Officer Duckworth] escorted the complainant to subject Bradley's business and met with subject Bradley . . .

Mr Bradley admitted that he is no longer an official or employee of Quasar International.
Mr. Bradley admitted that he was in possession of the open stock certificates and willingly gave them to the complainant [DiGenova].
Mr. Bradley declared that he has only been in possession of the certificates for "3 minutes."
The complainant took possession of the certificates and left the business. . .

This begs the question:
- WHY was Bradley, twice, illegally ordering open, blank, Stock Certificates in Quasar?
He readily admitted that he had no authority to do this.

The answer is almost certainly:
- His claim of owning Preferred Shares is false.
This was his attempt to create them.
