That would be the ones the BOD are required to file showing they have traded the stock. It's called a Form 4.

Hey Rap,

You have made quite the switch. Over the last couple of weeks you have actually had many positive things to say and now you have returned to your old ways. What has changed for you? DId you short the stock at .13 so your posts had to change to get the stock under .10 again? Just curious.
