you do not know what you are talking about, in business you share just enough information to show a direction, NEVER do you show your hand, Public, private, or otherwise.

if you got all the information you wanted handed to you, you would be about 30sec too late to do anything with it.

take a long look at MSFT history of trades and expansions, there has been more information shared here than they did back in the 80's and 90's.

like football the other side see's your plays the first time on the field.

which is why you call or meet with the parties to be so you can read into the information shared. you never get the play book handed to you.
