its my understand after talking with their inverster relations guy James Crimi GELV still plans to acquire Peck but they need to get their house in order first.
the SEC said to put up or shut up about Peck. it's a procedure thing. now they are trying to come up with funding, then IF and its a BIG IF they can raise the revenue, then go after Peck.
but hey, i'm new to GELV so what do i really know. all i know if there is a way to turn cattle manure into electricity in an economic way i want in on it. but GELV may be way too levereged.
