I really think he may already have funding through a Chinese bank imo. One of the main reasons of SNRS is to also help other Chinese businesses gain entry into the U.S., kind of a gateway so to speak. Any Chinese bank would jump at the opportunity to fund him money at the mere mention of Apple and Verizon Wireless to gain, at this point, not only U.S. exposure, but with these names, WORLDWIDE exposure. Again, all imho.
