Not sure. It may be that it's not eligible for trading in the AH session, meaning you and I can't make a trade, but one or two brokers or MMs can agree to make the trade, but then they have to report it on a "Form T".

As I stated previously I don't believe either the second 962k line or the 3.1 million shares "?" represent trades.
