#30866 RE: cody1 #30864

oh yes the SEC is very famous for intervening with lightning speed on the pinks

too bad they didn't come then in many previous scams i was unfortunately invested in, and where they never did a single thing, and where scams went on for years.

how is the SEC then going to check if the use of the name of Apple (when talking about a certification program) is legit or not ? are they going to come and look at the (potential) product and look if it's wired up all right and really has the Apple approval ?

is APple immediately going to sue anyone using their name in a harmless article/PR/discussion ? Is Apple going to feel threatened because a 16B pinkie, led by one man, is using its name ?

so far in PR's they didn't say anything "wrong".

I think "approval" and "support"/"involvement" are two very different things which are getting confused. I have no way of knowing if they really have a working product, which can be marketed, in fact I do hope they have, as I would be looking for such a product personally as well, and would be very useful

And still don't get it how again without any money in hands, CHin suddenly managed to turn this into a powerhouse, with now a technology team, a sales team, a marketing team, an international distributor finding team, a whole factory of chinese developers etc AND getting the filings out AND revamping a website.

He must have hit the mother lode. I hope he at least has a secretary now already.
