i think your width is off http://www.allanapotash.com/s/News.asp?ReportID=442314

for example the PR had about 38 meters of potash, you don't show that much...

I don't think you can average the averages. For instance
10M @ 100% + 5 M @ 50% gives you 7.5 M @ 75% average.

If you then take 10M @ 50% + 5M @ 100%, you get the same average but the amount of potash would be significantly different

I think a better calculation would be calculate the equivilant width of pure potash for each sample and then average that number out.

A quick calculation gives me an average of 1.75 M of 100% KCL over the area you describe. The final number (13.26 MT of KCL) is less but is, I think, mathmatically more accurate.

134 M tons M&I

Comparing to other JRs, I hope the number you calculated is lower than actual 43-101.

As a comparison to other Jrs (or former Jrs before take over) from their NI 43-101:

Athabaska Potash (taken over by BHP) = 425 M tons M&I
Potash One (taken over by Vale) = 222 M tons M&I
Western Potash = 174 M tons

According to your calculation, Allana's numbers does not look too hot in comparison. I hope the actual 43-101, when it gets done, will show a much higher number than Athabaska.
