true - that was KRY's biggest asset - its also concerning that Chavez has done the exact same thing last year to an adjacent property but Im thinking if KRY even announces a feasible plan to challenge the order - even if it implies giving substantial profit or assets to Chavez Regime, shares should spike well. Im thinking I might take a small gamble on it. KRY has already stated they are working on a plan to protect their investment as they claim the asset was shovel ready; just awaiting final permit.
