I am not sure about the value of the physical properties: we should look at the size of the property and the price in the region.
But we know that there are deep pocket behing the scene: they did a 50M$ offer for t-bird...

"After a preliminary review of the acquisition, the Company estimates that it would add approximately $10,250,000 in annual revenue to Beneficial Holdings through its subsidiaries.
