Aren't the committee members appointed by the governor? Of the three current committee members do you know if any of them were appointed by Gov. Lynch? I wonder when the three members terms are up? I'm curious what their chances of reappointed are if they go against the Governors support for this project?

Yep... I just think some here are trying to have people preceive the PUC as this 100% regulation commitee, with no ties to the political/business realities.. NOT TRUE!! Hey, it is almost like they have to have some change.. to prove their worth.. but to destroy a chance like this?? Not IMO!! Worked in TELCO and before deregulation watched the magic of the PUC... LOLOL...
