SECU haz a Tiny approx. 30m Float which iz wutt made it pay out itz SECOND Multipull Bagg Payout in just 6 weakz, Just liek a Flote Lokk Down Play.. now in Progress 2day,,, on tha reinstatemint play..

But there iz an even Tiny-ier Flote out ther, 8m, at CLCI,, which iz still awiting reinstatemint, that wuz Hijakkt tha same day az SECU... on 11/1/10.

In fakkt, since ther have been no nu shell jakkingz ,, there are now ONLY 2 shell pirate reinstatemint playz left, RENG and CLCI...

RENG haz a duurty shell with lotz of Legacy Bagholdaz to cum ovrr tha top so cudd have trubble maeking a big reinstatemint payout,,, CLCI iz kleen shell, wiiide open, fully fruntloded and with No Sellaz/Flote Lokkt Down.. nn reddy for akshun,,
