Don't believe that ARCA has many more shares to sell from the ones bought last week. ARCA has been like HDSN of recent except it moves in when there is an active down market and buys and then comes back within days to sell them at low ask for a small percent profit. Has been almost constantly the low ask for two days, but is not bidding today. Don't like it when ARCA is around.
