In simple terms, sell shares of/for ASFX. I think the more important question is, what is ASFX going to really do with the 'discounted' proceeds from southridge? will they pay the past due notes, legal fees or distribute it among management/associates in the form of 'expenses'? Is it really just a 'laundering' tactic? I don't know, do you? Dog
