I believe that viewing the various legal documents associated with the SEC as well as the other securities reporting suggests it is not a scam. Just not performing as quickly and in the way we all wish it would, but we can be sure that Ken and the Board of Directors, which we sometimes forget has a say in the company activities, are working diligently.
