Like all things they twist a little truth and make it seem as the full story. The fact is Dennis Fisher was still filing amendments to Sunbiz, they needed a mailing address and since he was using that space to file and finish the quarterlies. He filed through mid January alone with Sunbiz trying to make a legit closeout. If they had such an address for Utah then it would be out there, the problem is shareholders following up their info.

We knew immediately and stated here on this board the same day the so called "filings" came out, that the address given was just an empty office space for a mailing drop owned by Pawson (the owner of the toxic shell) and there was no business, no product, error ridden filings, etc. Nothing to deny there.

Hard to use Utah, for there definitely are people to confirm any existence there, so they will probably "redefine" that also. What you have left is the same that this shell has been doing for years -- "redefining" every PR and statement when the previous statements from this SHELL were "defined" false.

Same old, same old.

well its been over a month since the PR which said:
'The company's new corporate facility and testing center is located in Salt Lake City, UT and will be announced shortly.

The company website is under reconstruction and is expected to be operational in the very near future.'


So then this should be happening very soon.

Then either,
a)someone can hopefully confirm/deny the existence of the new HQ.
b) no one is near to confirm/deny
c) another month passes and the terms 'shortly' and 'very near future' need to be redefined.
