I didn't think it was a joke, pho... I thought it showed good potiential with the company and expanding sales opportunities in more states. The problems with weather and distribution.

The comparisions to last years numbers were disapointing, but I understood their explanation.

That buy showing up as 109 sh is me. I actually bought 125 but 109 is only showing up.

Last years earnings are a bit disappointing but realized and imo expected after the horrible weather experienced in Ca. and through the mountains recently. The ferts are shipped by truck to Ca, in case you weren't aware and I'm quite sure why there were back orders recently reported. The Ca farmers need Itronics ferts. They asked Itronics to specially develop one for them and Itronics produced. Also sounds like ITRO's distributor Agrium/CPS, one of the largest in the nation, if not the largest has been busy for Itronics, below.
Also plans were developed to expand sales into Arizona and Hawaii in 2011 and to place emphasis on selling additional GOLD'n GRO fertilizers in newly identified applications in the California market.
The start up of the Stage 1 silver refinery expansion was successfully implemented with the 85 percent solids mass reduction goal for solids feed to the refinery being achieved in December 2010 and the first shipment of silver recovered using the new process in early January 2011
Additionally, First quarter silver sales are expected to be up 300 percent compared to 2010.
We are half way into the 1st quarter already.
As for the merger, I'm sure they will fill us in when the time is appropriate.
Until then...have a great day.
